Alumnos de séptimo semestre de la Licenciatura en Gestión y Desarrollo Empresarial realizaron una visita académica a la planta de Bimbo en Chihuahua, como parte de la materia Comportamiento Organizacional, impartida por la Mtra. Marifer Loya.
Un grupo de 19 estudiantes del séptimo semestre de la Licenciatura en Gestión y Desarrollo Empresarial (LGDE) de la Universidad La Salle Chihuahua visitó las instalaciones de la planta Bimbo en la ciudad, con el propósito de vincular los conocimientos teóricos de su formación con la práctica empresarial en un entorno real.
La visita formó parte de las actividades académicas de la materia Comportamiento Organizacional, que busca que los alumnos comprendan la cultura corporativa, los procesos internos y las estrategias de gestión del talento en empresas líderes a nivel nacional.
Durante el recorrido, los estudiantes conocieron de cerca la estructura organizacional de Bimbo, sus procesos de producción, prácticas de seguridad e higiene, así como las políticas de responsabilidad social y sustentabilidad que caracterizan a la compañía.
La experiencia permitió a los jóvenes observar cómo los valores institucionales, el liderazgo y el trabajo en equipo se reflejan en cada nivel de la organización, reforzando así su comprensión sobre la dinámica del comportamiento humano dentro de las empresas.
